cant access files from linux server

hello guy,I have win2k proffessional computers on a work grp running on a linux server,from the server all computers can access files directly apart form one,BUT if I log onto other computers and access this problem pc i can get to these files.the problem pc says,network path cannot be found,when i browse ma network places,files and folders I can see this file but access is denied,I hav been accessing these files before what can i do to sort this out.
