cannot view pages on the internet

i have a problem with my internet service. It is a mobile dial up access to the internet. i could connect to the internet okay but unable to view web pges, cannot ping any computer on the internet. I can only connect and view web pages rarely with this dial up wireless service. please advise.

I advise you to call your provider. This is an issue for them to resolve. If it turns out they can't fix this for you, it's time for you to find another, reliable, provider.
