Cannot use object linking and embed

Hi, I have been getting Cannot use object linking and embedding error messages from MS Excel. I was initially hit by the Blaster worm virus, but have since cleared it. What I am left with is its legacy and now I can't copy & paste OLE objects (namely objects in Office and explorer). Can anyone help?
