On start up I receive this error:

cannot find the file 'C:\Program' (or one of it's components).

Any suggestions on how to fix?

Sounds like you removed a program without uninstalling it properly (through Add/Remove Programs) and it's still trying to start.

Go into your Startup folder (or msconfig) and remove the entry from there.
