I was wondering if it is possable to hook up a cable modem to a pc running windows 9x or 2000 on usb , then have a router hooked into the ethernet card (with internet sharing turned on)of the pc where three computers would be connected to, then a hub connected to the router so even more computers could hook up.
I guesss my real question is , would the last computer(s)connected to the hub be able to reach the internet?

Not that a would hook up a connection like that , just me and a friend were arguing if it could be done.
Thanks in advance to any one with time to answer this question.

yes that can be done the only problem you will have is that you will have double NAT and some programs cant work with that.
