I am installing a larger C drive. What is the easiest way to get the OS onto the new larger drive? I have a D drive that I can ghost to if needed, although I have never done that and am not sure how it all exactlly works.
Most HDrive makers have utilities to clone the drives. If you do this don't do anything to the new drive prior to the clone process. If the utility didn't come with the drive, download it from the manufacturer's website. One thing to verify before buying the drive. Make sure your BIOS will support the size drive you want to install.
