Hi...my cd rom/burner doesn't read cd's or write them...the green light comes on at first but then follwed by few clicking sounds.. then nothing.When u try to open the cd or the drive, it say's "insert disk in drive". All the software seems fine.. cables seem fine.. i don't know what's wrong... help plz...
