Hi there,

Hi have already posted several threads about my domain, which I recently setup.

I don't know much about OUs and GPOs, but I thought Id have a go at installing some software packages. I have made some using Wininstall LE, and set the for assigned deployment.

I restarted the server, and it begun installing all the packages, this varied from things like Winamp, to the Win XP SP2. Things which are not compatable with it do not seam to install. But once It finished, I loged onto it (locally) and it appears to have "shutdown" the network. It does not allow me back into remove the software packages (says it cannot find a domain controller), and does not run any network shares or anything. If i go Start>run>\\servername it gives me an empty window.

I have tried uninstalling the software manually by going thro ad/remove programs, but of course when it restarts, it just installs the software again!

Please help, I am very desperate here!!, any suggestions welcomed please!??

If It's not broken, Don't fix it!
