Broadjump Client software

I've been having countless problems with Internet Explorer and having installed Norton Internet Security it pointed out the a task CFD.exe was trying to send pkts over internet. Investigation says it is Broadjump Client that may've been installed by my cable co (Cox.net)...can I un-install this???

Yes, but you won't have their diagnostics programs and such. (Which, in my personal opinion, are useless anyway.)
