Boot problem

OS: Win2000advserv
CPU/Ram: athlon 700MHz 256MB ram

My computer won't boot, not from 4 disc, not from CD, not in safemode. When I try to enter safemode I come to the sign "press ctr alt del" to begin, but nothing happens when I press, because it is all frozen.
Is there anything I can do??

Have u checked ur first boot in ur bios?
check it and set to floppy or cd as u wish and disable the boot from hdd0.
