Hey guys/girls,

I'm using windows 2000 prof, and I shut down the computer one day, and the next I turned back on, but I recieved a message "Boot Failure: System Halted". I don't know every much about computer. Please HELP ME!!!! Preferrable FREE solution.

Try going into safemode. See if you can get to the OS. YEs, this is FREE......

To get to the menu option to boot into safe mode, press and hold the F8 key while posting/booting.
