Hello Everybody
The following process was tried in Windows 2000 Professional Machine
Bootable CD creation Problem:
I'm in the process of creating a bootable CD along with some image files in a CD-RW. The CD was created on part of my project deploying windows 2000 professional. The bootable CD was created for a PC.
The utility used to create bootable CD was adaptec's easy CD creator pro 3.0. The imaging tool used was drive image pro 3.0. Using the image tool the hard disk partition in which windows 2000 professional was installed an image is taken and stored in compressed form of 350 MB.
Although Bootable CD was successfully created and tested, I'm unable to append my image file with the CD-RW. When I tried to append the image file to the CD and try to write on it, the utility finishing the copying process in 20 seconds and for TOC it takes 2 Minutes. After the process the CD-RW was ejected. When checking for the file size in the CD it showed around 352 MB. When I tried to copy some of my files in the CD to the hard disk it reported a sector not found error. The CD is also now become not bootable.
Any help will be greatly remembered.
Thanks
A.Rajkumar
