Wondering if someone could help me out. Heres the situation.
Running internet explorer in any fashion crashes the computer to a blue screen then shuts it off. I have all the windows updates, latest viruses definitions, and spyware defintions. This problem however does not occur in safe mode.

Disable network card in safe mode and then reboot in normal mode. ur network or its driver seems problematic.

Use the Win2k disc to repair the IE installation; this will revert it to the 5.0 version and you'll have to reinstall the 6.0 from the Windows Update site but that should fix the problem.
