blue screen/ stop error----HELP

My comp previously was infected by various spyware. Search and destroy was run, and then restarted. After restart a blue screen showing the following:

stop 0x00000000000,0xc1073212,0x00000000,0x8049c21b,0x00000000" Page

ntoskrnl.exe

stop error screen

any new hardware updates, windows updates, disable os memory, shadowing

safe mode

last good configuration

Tried last good config and safe mode...both do not work.

hi,

u computer is still infected with virus. boot the rescue cd's of antivirus. actually the o.s. should not be booted, in order to check viruses. boot some bootable antivirus programs and run test to verity the virus activity.
