Blue Screen of Death

OS: Windows Server 2000 Advan
CPU/Ram: PIII 650 /512MB

Everytime I try to update the service pack on windows 2000 Advance Server, I get the Blue Screen of death. Does anybody know who to update to SP3 and not ge the blue screen.

Service Pack 4 is out, why don't you try that one, just to see if it'll like that one better.

have had similar faults in past with usb devices connected. disconnect them prior to update.
