Hi,
I recently uninstalled a program and now I have the dreaded blue screen. I'm (of course) at a different computer, so I can't recall the exact message. However, it's something along the lines of, "**STOP** CANNOT_ACCESS_BOOT (0xblah)". I forget the exact term used where I capped and underscored.
This wouldn't bother me so much if it weren't for the fact that I can't find my Windows CD for the life of me and EVERY method I've tried so far to resolve the problem has failed.
I've tried creating boot disks, bootable CDs, etc. The problem is that the screen pops up BEFORE I can get to the point that these otherwise helpful techniques would work.
Any suggestions? :/
Thanks...

W/O your Win2K CD you are, of course, up the proverbial creek w/o a paddle. The only thing you can do is find it or buy a new copy.
