OS: win2000
CPU/Ram: p3 900, 512mb

Quite regularly, my browser (IE6) will not load webpages. It gives a completely blank screen(not even a "web page cannot be found"), and the title bar says "SSL encryption verification".
If I remove the "www." from the address bar and try again it usually works...
Any ideas?

Have you tried to reset the default settings in the IE Advanced Options?
