I'm currently using a low end, old PII laptop whilst visiting home for a while. As I've just set it up, I need to get things like anti virus and firewall - could someone recommend what would be the best firewall to go for in such a configuration that uses the least resources?

Cheers!

Do you need the anti-virus? I've found that if you're just going to technical forums, you don't really need anti-virus. I used to be quite paranoid but I found that if I'm the only user (nobody else would touch a low spec machine) and I only visit technical forums and wikis, there isn't any need for anit-virus.
