I have a client that has one File Server and 4 client machines.....all important data is on that File Server.....what they want to do is take all the file's within the file server to be Synchronized to their remote FTP server and also have it automated (automated task where it can be set to do the backup/synchronized file transfer)....the question is what would be the best software for them to use?

Many Thanks In Advanced!!!

It depends on what their connection speeds are. If it's high speed then I'd just write a batch file and have it run nightly (have it map a network drive to the remote server). And it depends weather you want them synched, or just backed up (two different things)...

Maybe start a new post and give us a little more info on the two machines involved and the connection speed between the two (different issues if it's a 14.4 dial-up connection)....
