I have a Acer 3300U scanner, now Benq 3300U scanner. It once worked on Win2K, but since a blaster attack, it sits useless on my desk. The computer sees the scanner but MiraScan does not. I tried downloading the newest drivers and installing that; it did not work. I tried uninstalling it, deleting the MiraScan entries in the Registry, then reinstalling it; nothing works. The scanner and the USB cable works on other computers, but not mine. Does anyone have any thoughts? Thanks.
