If you check what your IP address is when you dial up and get online. You will probably find most of those entries are echo pings from your ISP. Only the entries that are different than your actuall IP address are people try to scan your ports. If your not on a Lan........make sure you disable file and print sharing. With file and print sharing enabled.......if they get through Zonealarm they can log directly to your computer with full access rights.
