Comment:
Does anyone know what may be causing the following problem and what would be a solution to correct it?

Blue screen with following being displayed:
Stop=0x000000D1(0x00000015, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xEB2DAB46)
Driver IRQL_not_less_or_equal
Address EB2DAB46 base at EB2D8000, DateStamp 3e25babe-uhcd.sys
Beginning dump of physical memory.

Could it be a failed/bad RAM stick?
Any and all help will be appricated. Thanks.

If this error is coming up when u boot up the PC...then try booting up the PC with WIN2000 installation CD and do a repair on that...and c if that makes a difference.
