Nice and detailed post. Have you tried google? Thats normally a good place to start for xcopy commands..
Theres also a handy GUI based utility from MS called Synctoy that can do the same. As for moving files with particular time stamps in regards to age im not entirely sure if thats possible.

If it isn't, it should be. It would be a completely simple task in UNIX/Linux. It wouldn't take me more than 10 minutes to write a script (and test it) on either of those platforms.

I just thought about this for a minute. It would take my friend, mentor, and UNIX guru 10 min's tops...it would take me longer...say half an hour......LOL
*end edit*I suspect it is possible in a Windows environment.
My suggestion is phrase your request clearly and message a fellow named Mechanix2Go on this site through the private messaging system (you can access it via "My Computing.net")
Mechanix2Go is probably the best DOS batchfiler I've ever met and if anyone can do it, I have every confidence he can.

Problem is, we're back to 'date math' which nobody has managed in NT or DOS.
