Reply: (edit)What you wish to accomplish can be done quite easily, but I need more specific info about the text to be extracted, the format of the source document and the purpose planned.

Reply: (edit)I have made a html form page and plan to output the text that is entered with 'set variable=' inserted before the text that is entered into the form, thus creating set variables in a separate file that can be called just about anything with any extension. I then will have to have a command that will write this data into the batch when loaded and the deleted when the batch file is properly ended.

Reply: (edit)I apologize for my previous reply, I master very well batch scripting but I am not confident with CGI/HTML programming, so I am sorry, but I can not help you as I do not fully understand your problem (almost to give you a viable solution). Anyway I suggest you to post in the Programming Forum, as your question is more related to programming/scripting than to the operating system by itself. Sorry again if I wasted your time.

Reply: (edit)I am not to sure, all i need to do is find a function or some functions that work inside of a batch script that basically translated into english from function lang. is 'if the values in this batch are not here, you will find them in that file there, use them from that file and not from inside this one'. It is quite hard to explain. I think it is a batch file thing. Sorry to be a pain.
