Bad Image Checksum at bootup

OS: Win2000Pro
CPU/Ram: Pentium3/256MB
Comment:

When booting my Pentium 3 with Win2000Pro - results in message "Bad image checksum kernel32.dll possibly corrupt.
In Safe mode same message.
Any ideas?

start, run, type

sfc /scannow

make sure you have windows 2000 disk in cd drive when you do this.
