My backup agent for open files version 7 (Arcserve 2000),always displays a warningas below:- WARNING - the following error(s) are preventing Backup Agent for Open Files from operating correctly. 05/21/07 14:19:17 - Preview data size exceeded. How can I solve this problem?
Yes, I have went to Arcserve website and CA website, but there is no solutions for it.

contact their support then. FYI but 512meg memory for SBS is half of what you should have minimum. This maybe your issue; lack of physical memory.
unload all apps on the server and see if you can backup without the message. if so add ram to your server.

Check how much free space is left on the drive that your running the backups on. There needs to be enough to hold a duplicate copy of the files you have setup under your groups/file tab. Hit the Status button and see what the Usage meter says. There is also a setting for minimum free space required.
