Display preperties will only allow .bmp pictures and the stretch button is gone. I had been using a jpeg picture but it suddenly disappeared and none the properties only will allow the bmp's. How can I change back to use jpeg's?

That appeard to be the problem, I can't turn on the active desktop. The button to show web content is grayed out and I can't select it. Also if I double click DISPLAY in the control panel there is no WEB tab.
