I have a packard bell computer with win98, and I tried to upgrade to win2000, the result is that the OS is not recognizing the sound card. Any idea of where can I find sound driver for Aztech PCI 288-Q3D Sound Card, that it is compatible with w2000. Thank you

As you probably know, Aztech offers W9x and NT4 drivers for the Aztech PCI 288-Q3D sound card at http://www.aztech.com.sg/support/driver/sound_pci288.htm. I couldn't find any drivers for W2K at their site. However, I did find a W2K driver for the Trident 4D-Wave NX chipset that this sound card uses at http://www.hoontech.com/download/sound/nx_nt_driver.htm.
Regardless, you should contact tech support at Aztech and get their recommendations.
