Ignore my last entry the bios upgrade that works is as detailed below my pc now finds
a 40 gig maxtor drive and was locking up
b4 i loaded this bios version.

I am trying to load win2K Advanced server on a AMD -6 box with Award modular v4.51PG BIOS.
It It locks up EVERYTIME, around the same spot when I am trying to load it. I have tryed different to change differnt hardware components. but with out success. I have swapped everything but the Processor and motherboard. Can anyone help me? Or send me in the right direction?

I have a Pentium 3 600mhz with Award Bios. It came with Win 98 and 128 RAM and now I've upgraded to 256RAM. The machine doesn't recognze extra 128. Is it my BIOS. Can i upgrade to make the computer use the entire resources better? Thanks
