Reply: (edit)You're gonna have to be more specific than that. Award makes the bios for several hundred different motherboards. And the bios for one motherboard won't work for any others.
We need to know your motherboard brand name, and model number to find your bios. Or if you bought a pre-built system we need the name of the company who built it, and the model of the computer. Gerald the Pooh

my Bios #:I430V8-8669-2A59GS29C-00.
I wanted to know if there was any way you could find out the limitations of the board i.e. CPU, hard drive and memory and where i could get my hands on a manual for the board.
