AVI file wont play after decryption

Hi guys, Im having trouble playing back an AVI file i Encrypted several months ago with ABIcoder (www.abisoft.net) after decrypting it.
when i open it in windows media player, i get: "Error=80040255 Cannot Play back the video Stream: No suitable Decompressor could be found"
Please help. What can i do? this video is urgent for my uni assignment!

Are you using NTFS and do you still have a backup copy of the encrypted file

It sounds like the file hasn't decrypted. If you are using NTFS file system then Abi coder cannot decrypt the file. If this is the case, what you need to do is move the file onto a FAT32 partitionand dycrypt it from there
