Q. How can I make a program auto start when inserting a CD?

A. When a CD is inserted Windows looks for a file named autorun.inf at the root of the media. If it exists then the file is checked and the program you wish to be executed should the OPEN option:

[autorun]
OPEN=DELOLD.EXE

An option is to also specify an icon for the CD:

ICON=DELOLD.ICO
