Try this
1. Right click an empty spot on the desktop, point to New and click Shortcut. 2. In the Create Shortcut dialog box, type the following into the Type the location of the item text box: rundll32 user32.dll,LockWorkStation 3. Click Next. 4. In the Select a Title for the Program dialog box, type Lock the Desktop in the Type a name for this shortcut text box. Click Finish.

Right click your desktop to get to display properties, select a screen saver and checkbox password protect. Now select the timeout when this will take place after inactivity.
Summary: A win2k domain is very secure. it will auto lock all workstations that do not have any activity on them. if a dumb user goes to lunch and smart user could get on their computer and compromise security...
