When I start up my computer, it always ask if I want to start win 2000 or msDos! Why? I just want it to load win 2000 directly. Does anyone know how to fix that?

You could try the following:
On windows 2000 desktop, right click on "My computer", select properties, click on "Advanced" tab of dialogue box that appears. There should be a section on this tabbed section that says "Startup and Recovery". Click on settings, make sure "Windows 2000" is set as the default operating system and then change the "Time to display list of operating systems" to 0 seconds. This will hopefully eliminate occurrence of boot menu.
I just upgraded my win2K computer to XP Pro, so I had to give the steps above from memory and hoping the dialogues haven't changed that much. I think the steps above are pretty much the same on both operating systems.

The above should correct your problem.
But to the reason it happened... When you formatted your drive using a bootdisk did you type in:
format c: /s
?
Or when you were done formatting did you type in:
sys c:
?
If you did, you transfered the DOS bootfiles to the MBR. This computer now has both a limited version of DOS and Windows 2000 on it.
