I plan on upgrading really soon. Has anyone heard of any issues with the ASUS A7A266 Mobo & Win2k?
Any word on the ALi® M1647 chipset? Any problems with it?

It is compatible. heat may be the only issue (Asus socket 370's runa little hot). Consider an Abit mobo.

with a good heatsink and a nice ventilated case, you should have no problems with that board. Regarding drivers, this A7A266 should be already upgraded and ready to use with nt5.

yeah you're right mike. the Asus sockets' runing little hot. i just bought the Asus A7A266 and running Win2K with no problem, but it's really hot if compare with Slot1 ... T'bird is kind of hot you need a good heatsink/fan. it's dangerous if you OC it, coz itself is already hot. i guess it'll be fine if you OC it in the winter time.
