I am getting an Arcserve error of W3073 Unable to logon as user, and the backup seems to complete, however it says it is incomplete. Any suggestions?

W3073 error Verify that the account the ARCserveIT Job Engine is using has been granted the logon as a service. User Manager/Policies/User Rights/Show Advanced User Rights. This right is required for proper operation of the ARCserveIT engines.
