I can't get my Agfa Snapscan 1212P to work.
I downloaded and installed ScanWise 1.401 but when I try to start the application it says "please connect or switch on your scanner".

Phone agfa.
they will give you the number of a company that will exchange it for a 1212u (at a small price).
the problem is that there are 3 different models of 1212p and only one (apparently) works in w2k. USB however is fine.
same thing happened to me.
