Hello, my dream is coming true.
My friend's father is folding his business.
I bought some cool office furniture for my room, already.Anyway, I can buy either w2k adv server OR wk2 pro. at the SAME price.
Personally, I would like to get the one that costs more (adv. server).
Can you tell me if buying an Adv. Server is a good choice? is there something I need to know?
I have a small LAN including two desk tops and a linksys. I have two web sites. Other than that, I'm just a regular user.

Go for the prof versio. This version is all you need for a regular user unless you want to create a domain controller, DHCP server, etc...
Maybe you should buy both then sell the server version at a hefty profit.

I want to have the best stuffs to brag my friends about. If you know what I mean?
So... it will not be a bad thing to have an adv. server on my machine?I have 450hmz, 390+ Meg ram machine.

Go with server - it has built-in FTP features and a whole bunch of other stuff. there is ALOT of things you will never use, but I've found it to be more stable than pro thru my personal uses.

What good is bragging about something you know nothing about? Especially if your friends hang in here and you have to ask people like me how to use what you have. Stick with pro....bragging just show's people how little you really know. (Confident, intelligent people don't feel the need to brag........they don't have to)
