admin unable to login interactively

i'm working on a friends computer who accidentally disabled his ability to login localy with the administrator. He has no other admin accounts on the system and i am looking for a way to regain admin access. i am hoping that there is a way to promote a power user to admin or something. any advice?

hi, Iam also facing the same kind of problem.i had set only the domain user CAFE can log in to the system locally and now the system is not in the domain and the user CAFE is not able to login.i even tried to login with local ADMIN account but i cannot and iam not able to join the system to the domain.can anyone help me out.
