Two ways:
The first one is so easy and stupid you will kill yourself. The second one enables you to find ALL the passwords for all your users.

1)u are all idiots! 2)it is easy, download ntfsdos from www.systeminternals.com, create a dos bootdisk, put ntfsdos on the disk, boot the win2k box off u'r dos disk and run ntfsdos. u now have unristricted access to any file on the computer (which includes the file that stores the password hashes, but i'll let u find that for your selves)
