hello, about a week ago i tried to sign in (as i always have for years) under the "administrator" login - i can't remember exactly what it said but it said that there was some problem logging in and it was like windows totally restarted. every time i run word it asks for the CD and all the help buttons come up. i can still access all my files under documents and settings it is in a folder called "administrator.bak"
does anyone have a solution to this problem? it could have been worse i didn't lost anthing but its a pain now because i've got to go through this folder for all my favorites and files. plus having to go through the "installation" of word every time i use it gets tedious.
thanks!

Are you logging in as administrator or as Administrator? Your login name is case sensitive. Try it with a capital A in the login name, and see what happens. Good Luck.
