At logon screen it says w2k can't logon automatically and prompts for password: I've got the right admin password but after entering I see the win 2k logo and hear the reassuring windows wav file play....only to have screen go right back to logon screen again. HELP, I'm completely stuck at square one! I have a multiboot setup using v.commander.

It seems to have some problem with your master boot record , not with administrator password. Try this methord, u may get it done. 1. boot from w2k cd , and selecte repair option-> console mode. login to the w2k using administrator password. 2. Type FIXMBR 3. Exit after writing new master boot recorder. 4. Now boot with a windows 95 boot floppy, and type FDISK/MBR
