For some reason, i cant alter my system settings. Im logged in as administrator, im the only user and ive disabled guest. i tried creating a new admin account, but it just wont let me adjust stuff. ie the clock, and more importantly, install hardware. my usb ports need drivers and it wont let me reinstall them. HELP. i am trying to connect a data cable to my phone, ive installed the cable driver but the usb port is not working. and it sucks. let me know if anyone has had this problem or knows how to fix it. thanks again guys.
