Add/Remove window is empty

CPU/Ram: Pentium III/ 127.0MB

When I try to Add/Remove programs from the Control Panel, the window opens but there isn't anything in it. There is one string at the very top of the window that says something like "This programs adds and removes programs". Duh. Has anyone come across this?

When you go into control panel, does every thing appear down the left hand side?

Hello,

I have the same problem. I have W2000 SP2 and ie6 installed. Also, I can not open new mails from OE - get "not enough memory" message
