Add/Remove Programs problem

I am getting an error "An unexpected error occurred , object does'nt support this property or method res://sp3res.dll / default.hta. line:82
Apart from that error when I try and open Add / remove programs , the computer is running great .
Anyone any ideas what could be going wrong , or how I could fix it :)

Thanks Jennifer , I have done a quick look but cant find that value in your first post , I tried adding it , but it did no good . I will read on and post back .
