Hi. I'm running W2K, P3500, 256MB. I added a second HD, but that's not enough space, so I recently put in a third HD. The problem is, while the new HD does show up when the computer boots (re: it shows up as being connected to my master slave port, so the computer recognizes it), but when Windows starts, I don't see the drive icon, so I can't access it.
My problem is this: How do I get the HD to show up in Windows? I've tried to look for something to "assign" a drive letter to it (E, since F is already assigned to my CDRW, and C & D is my first and second HD). How can I do this? I've tried almost everything that I know of, but I STILL can't get it to work.
If anyone can help, thanks. Please email me if possible. Thanks in advance, guys.

Have partitioned/formatted it? If not then do so and Windows should then find it, and will automatically assign a drive letter...
Be aware, adding another drive means other items (CDROM, CDRW etc) will be 'bumped' along the alphabet to accomodate the new HD assignment.
