While I am trying to add network printer in comoputer, it show folllowing alert message.
"Printer operation cannot continue due to lack of resources. The print susbsystem is unavailable"
I have restarted Printer Spooler Services. After restarting the service, when I tried again to add printer it again shows above alert, and spooler service automatically stoped.
I have retry above practice several times but result was same.

Could it be the computer you are using as a queue? Usually you have to set a net printer up to run off a pc as kind of a server... make sure that pc has enough resources. If not, then you should wait till someone with more knowledge of this to come around. I'm not a pro like a lot of guys on this site, just tryin to help. Good luck.

To connect to a network printer you must have a printer server operating on the network. Microsoft's terminology is somewhat confusing, but I think you want to create a local connection.
So if you have a physical printer that you want to directly connect to (being either on the network or physically attached to your computer) then you need to create a local connection.
