add or remove programs

i'm trying to uninstall some old software on c and i get a message: class not registered re://appwiz.cpl/listbox.htc line:225 there are no programs installed on this computer. when i scroll down they are all there but change and remove buttons are greyed out any help would be great!

Hi Cindy, HAve you tried start, settings, control panel, add remove programs? If so, drop me an e-mail, with the full details of the program, and what all you have tried and I will try my best to help you.... Good luck
