ADC to DC?

we are using windows 2000 server with ADS, and we have a two server one is domain controller and another additional domain controller.. recently we have crashed domain controll server, presently running on only aditional domain controller, rightnow we want add new server for domain controller..
can pls tell me,how to make additional domain controller to domain controller,
what steps i need to take...

Hi,

Your network is running fine after you crashed domain controller?

You can install a new system with 2000 server and add it to domain. Then go to Start>Run and type dcpromo.

Select required configuration for your domain controller and proceed.

This command will install an additional domain controller on your network.
