adaware&spybot wont work

ive tried adaware, spybot s&d, AVG and all the windows security updates i can find and this virus still wont go away. its reaking havoc on internet explorer, if you know of any other programs or ways that might help please let me know. thanks

i think its a hijacking program, yes. but CWShredder cant get it out either. theres an infected dll file i found that i can't delete called xnaywjg.dll
